About =mc

Our mission is to transform the performance of not-for-profit organisations worldwide through outstanding training and consultancy.

The Management Centre (=mc) works to transform the performance of not-for-profit organisations through leading-edge management consultancy, fundraising consultancy, and training and development.

Our professional and positive approach, combined with innovative thinking and practical solutions, have helped a wide range of charities in the UK and worldwide. As a result, we're pleased to say that most of our work comes to us by recommendation.

Leading expertise

We offer a wide pool of expertise in strategy, change management, innovation, coaching, communication skills, major donor fundraising and capital campaigns - placing us in the ideal position to help you with a wide range of challenges.

Furthermore, all =mc consultants have extensive experience across the not-for-profit sector - in small and large charities, arts, heritage, public, health, education, environment and regeneration organisations. We also bring experience and knowledge from the private sector.

We practice what we preach!

Underpinning the =mc approach is a commitment to issues of social justice - and this is shared by all staff at =mc. Our passion for - and ability to deliver - results is part of our core philosophy and competency as an organisation.

The partnership includes America Latina (=mc | BR) (Brazil), Australasia (=mc | AU), USA (=mc | USA) - and coming soon - Asia and Mexico.

=mc has a wealth and breadth of knowledge, a terrific understanding and vast experience of the ethos and culture of the not-for-profit sector. This together with their 'anything is possible' approach made =mc an obvious choice for the RNLI to partner with, to develop and deliver in-house training for our staff.
