Building the capacity of NGOs worldwide

=mc works for international NGOs, UN organisations and research institutes across the globe. We have worked in more than 28 countries – from Brazil to Bangladesh and from Liberia to Laos.

To carry out our international work, we have a team of fundraising consultants, trainers and management consultants with INGO experience.

The team has developed a range of programmes that specifically address the challenges of working in multi-cultural environments and managing people remotely.

=mc also has a network of partner organisations worldwide able to help you – whether it's delivering an =mc training programme in a local language, tailored to your culture or using =mc's powerful consultancy technologies to tackle your organisational challenge.

=mc's ideas and practical approaches have consistently proved powerful and helpful in our work. I would whole-heartedly recommend =mc to anyone looking for high quality training and consultancy.

Kate Gilmore, Executive Deputy Secretary General, Amnesty International

=mc has a wealth and breadth of knowledge, a terrific understanding and vast experience of the ethos and culture of the not-for-profit sector. This together with their 'anything is possible' approach made =mc an obvious choice for the RNLI to partner with, to develop and deliver in-house training for our staff.
