Gain the competitive fundraising edge

NAFS 2008 cover The National Arts Fundraising School is the UK’s only comprehensive fundraising programme designed specifically for arts and cultural organisations.

Over the last 15 years over 700 arts and cultural organisations - representing local authorities, theatres, galleries and museums have benefitted from the school. The School has helped delegates to raise funds ranging £25K - £45M.

Transform your fundraising

Our aim is to equip you to realise your own potential and the fundraising potential of your organisation. Over six intensive days you’ll develop your understanding of the techniques, strategies and approaches used by the very best fundraisers.

The work is challenging and rigorous, sometimes from early morning late into the evening. There’s a clear structure to help you to build a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

You will emerge equipped to become an extraordinary fundraiser able to tackle a wide range of challenges from major capital appeals to producing sustainable revenue.

Since attending the School our fundraising income has definitely increased – we have had seven awards of £5,000-£30,000 in the last six months alone... The bottom line is that I recently had to admit to our Artistic Director that I am now actually enjoying fundraising! But don’t tell anyone else.

Christine Stewart, General Manager, Hearts & Minds

We have had tremendous success since I attended. As well as maintaining our revenue funding, we’ve also secured a further £1.2M for a capital campaign.
